respectful staff helpful service superb food

I appreciated the cleanliness throughout the hotel. The staff were respectful and helpful at all times. I enjoyed two meals in Lago. The food and service were superb. Gelato offers great food and coffee.

I noticed the absence of incentives for casino gambling or other extras, which surprised me slightly.

The pool looked beautiful. I enjoyed the well-kept areas. The room service menu seemed comprehensive with options for various dietary needs. I appreciate the inclusive approach.

The bathroom lacked drawers. I found no shelves available for toiletries. The windows were dirty. It impacted the fountain view.

The hotel location was very central (easily accessible to many attractions). I found the pools to be great places to relax during the day.

The minibar system seemed a bit sensitive. I felt that moving items even briefly might trigger charges.

The location was AMAZING. The staff was so friendly and helpful . The hotel was very clean, and I noticed staff members cleaning frequently.

The air conditioning in my room did not get very cold. There was a charge on my bill from the mini bar. I ate a snickers bar and expected to pay for it. I will have to wait several days for an audit of the mini bar.
